Getting set up

Google Calendar won't add my feed from my phone.
Google's phone app can't add a calendar from a link. Open your OFWSync dashboard on a computer, choose Google and click Add to Google Calendar. Once it's added it shows up on your phone too. On Android, if it still doesn't appear, open Google Calendar settings, tap the calendar and turn on Sync.
The Add to Apple Calendar button does nothing.
Copy your feed link from the dashboard, then go to Settings → Apps → Calendar → Calendar Accounts → Add Account → Other → Add Subscribed Calendar and paste it. On a Mac, set Auto-refresh to Every hour.
I use a work or school Outlook account.
In Outlook, choose Add calendar → Subscribe from web and paste your feed link.
How do I add it to my Skylight or Cozyla display?
On the dashboard, choose Skylight or Cozyla and copy your feed link. In Skylight, go to the menu → Synced Calendars → Sync new calendar → Calendar URL and paste it. On Cozyla, go to Settings → Calendars, tap Add next to a family member, choose Subscribe via URL and paste it.
My calendar app isn't listed.
Look for "Subscribe to calendar", "Add calendar from URL" or "Add by URL" and paste your feed link. If it won't accept a link starting with webcal://, choose Other on the dashboard for one that starts with https://.

Syncing

A change in OFW hasn't shown up yet.
On Plus we check OFW every hour; on Lite, once a day. Your dashboard shows when we last checked. After that it's up to your calendar app: Apple and Outlook refresh quickly, but Google Calendar can take several hours and can't be made to refresh sooner.
OFWSync says OurFamilyWizard didn't accept my password.
This usually means the password was changed in OFW. We stop signing in straight away so your OFW account doesn't get locked. Enter the new password on the OurFamilyWizard page in OFWSync and syncing picks up again.
My calendar shows a single "OFWSync paused" event.
Your trial or subscription has ended, so the feed stopped showing your OFW schedule. Choose a plan on the Billing page and it comes back at the same link. There's no need to subscribe again.
Some events are missing or labeled wrong.
Check Feed settings: you can turn parenting time, handoffs and events on or off, show parenting time as all-day blocks or at the exact exchange times, rename each household, and choose how far ahead to sync. Make sure the timezone matches your OFW calendar.
Can I edit the events in my calendar?
Subscribed calendars are read-only. Make the change in OFW and it comes through on the next sync.

Your account

I shared my feed link by mistake.
Reset it from Feed settings. The old link stops working right away, so subscribe again with the new one.
How do I cancel?
From the Billing page. Your feed keeps working until the end of the period you've paid for, then stops.
How do I delete my data?
Disconnect OurFamilyWizard to delete your saved OFW sign-in and synced events, or delete your whole account from Settings. Your OFW account isn't affected either way.
